The La Motte Pierneef Sauvignon Blanc spoils in the bouquet with its wonderful citrus scent. Nuances of green peppers and gooseberries provide the finishing touch. On the palate, the cuvée of Sauvignon Blanc (85%) and Sémillon (15%) is incredibly elegant and delights with a mineral note on the finish. Therefore, the white wine is an excellent companion to seafood or dishes of Asian cuisine. But also a fresh salad is a good choice to La Motte Pierneef Sauvignon Blanc. Incidentally, the name of the white wine recalls the South African landscape painter Jacob Hendrik Pierneef, whose works adorn the labels of the white wine.
