La Motte Millennium impresses in the glass with its intense red hue. The red wine cuvée made from Merlot (51%), Cabernet Franc (35%), Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) and Petit Verdot (4%) is known for its complexity and harmonious balance of the different grape varieties. Aromatic blackberries and dominant plums combine to create a wonderful aroma that already hints at the unique taste. Notes of fruit cake and dark toffee are noticeable on the palate. The resulting sweetness is perfectly balanced by a soft and lively tannin structure. Fruity berry notes linger on the finish, even after the last sip. Be sure to try this harmonious red wine cuvée on its own. However, if you are looking for a suitable food pairing, dishes with grilled meat, savory dishes or all kinds of cheese platters are just the thing.
