In the glass, the sparkling wine has a sparkling golden hue and seduces the nose with fresh citrus aromas. A fine-sparkling structure with elegant cookie notes unfolds on the palate, creating a refined mouthfeel.
After the second fermentation, the Blanc de Blancs matured on the lees for another twelve months - for depth, finesse and length. As an aperitif or with salads, fish and seafood, this Cap Classique is always a stylish choice.
