The Lanzerac Syrah presents itself in a dark red hue in the glass and unfolds a multi-layered bouquet that combines aromas of white pepper, fynbos and coriander with the fruity scent of plums. The red wine also impresses on the palate with its complex character. Fruity notes of ripe dark and red berries are surrounded by spicy undertones. Enjoy the Lanzerac Syrah, which has matured for sixteen months in French oak, either on its own or with dark meat or game dishes. A nice cheese platter is also a very good choice with this multi-faceted red wine.
