The Lanzerac Chardonnay is a full-bodied white wine that develops wonderful citrus aromas on the nose. Notes of ginger and vanilla lend the wine even more complexity. On the palate, the Lanzerac Chardonnay, half of which matures for nine months in oak, delights with its great balance of fruit, acidity and a soft, long-lasting finish. You should definitely enjoy this elegant white wine on its own, but it is also a wonderful accompaniment to chicken in a fruity sauce, seafood or crème brûlée.
