"Day of AAriachi" Mezcal is a certified artisanal mezcal made using traditional methods for authenticity and depth. Made from Espadín agave (aged 8-10 years), roasted for five days in underground stone ovens, ground with a tahona wheel, fermented for two weeks in the open air and double distilled in copper pot stills. Each bottle is hand-painted - truly unique.
Unlike many supermarket mezcals, Day of AAriachi contains no additives and therefore offers pure agave character.
The name alludes to Mexico's "Albur" pun and captures the sound of the mariachi in a festive mood. "AA" resembles an "M" and symbolizes both mariachi music and Día de los Muertos - both UNESCO-recognized traditions that embody the spirit of Mexico.
