The estate's Pinotage wine was produced in honor of L'Avenir's former winemaker and pioneer Francois Naudé. The L?Avenir Single Block Pinotage is one of the most iconic South African wines and impresses with its deep red color. A wonderful, floral and fruity bouquet unfolds when the bottle is opened. A heavenly aroma of violets and dried cranberries reaches the nose of the connoisseur. Enveloped by a hint of chocolate, the fresh and inviting aroma is perfectly rounded off. The Pinotage also impresses across the board on the palate. The fruity notes and rich texture, combined with oak nuances, make this red wine wonderfully complex. The fresh cherries and sweet spicy notes complement each other perfectly and make every sip a pleasure.
