According to this principle, top-class liquid diamonds have been created for many years at the Liebl specialty distillery in Bad Kötzting in the heart of the Bavarian Forest. Having emerged from a small grocery store and started in the spirits sector with the production of the Bavarian Forest classics Bärwurz and Blutwurz, our company has developed into one of the leading spirits producers in Germany in recent years. The basis for the high quality standards is, in addition to the many years of experience of master distiller and fine spirits sommelier Gerhard Liebl, the optimal interaction between traditional distilling art and innovative fermentation technology.
