Like Berlin Gin
It's the weekend and we're on Warschauer Straße in Berlin. The legendary Gin Chilla Bar has been there since 2014. The juniper schnapps is celebrated here. Gin Chilla has over 600 different types of gin on the shelves, one of which is even homemade - Like Berlin Gin. There is also a very large selection of tonics. Philipp Danz has gone from being a gin connoisseur to a producer and, with Like Berlin Gin, has launched a spirit on the market that knows how to win over gin connoisseurs with its fruity notes and strong aromas.
The list of ingredients for Like Berlin Gin includes cocoa, coffee, hazelnut, cassis, orange blossom, cinnamon and licorice. A very special combination that brings a different taste experience depending on the filler selected. The idea was to create something very special with Choconote and coffee. This was often requested by guests and there was no gin in the range that could offer such a taste. Philipp Danz then met master distiller Markus Wurth and the vision became reality.

I'm Philipp, and I love gin. I started studying it intensively 10 years ago, and since then my passion for this alcoholic juniper spirit has only grown. In 2014, I was able to turn my hobby into a profession when I opened Gin Chilla Bar. So far, I have tasted 2,300 different gins and want to share my best selection with you. That's why I'm putting together Gin & Tonic Tasting Boxes for you that, in my very subjective opinion, go best together. Cheers!
