As a country boy, I was always drawn to the world. In New Zealand, I discovered my passion for fine foods and spirits in 2008. For many years it was a back and forth between marketing, product design and fine food. Today I get to do both and enjoy this wonderful, beautiful combination every day. In 2015, I founded my first own company - the path to self-employment was made. In Gnarrenburg, my delicatessen store with cafe and own manufactory was created with a lot of love.
