Complex and rich, the Lynx Cabernet Franc presents itself to the connoisseur and impresses from the first moment with its complexity. Aromas of licorice, dark olives and black currants are surrounded by a hint of mint, while the concise, yet soft tannin structure caresses the palate. The Lynx Cabernet Franc was aged in oak for 18 months and was only made in the quantity of seven barrels. The red wine is a nice companion to food, especially recommended to be paired with lamb and a risotto.
