More information about Manufaktur Gelbe Bürg walnut flour
Walnut flour made exclusively from Franconian, untreated walnuts. The flour is obtained by extracting the walnut oil from the walnuts in a press.
The so-called press cake is finely ground and then sieved by hand. The walnut flour contains only 10% fat (walnuts originally contain 70%). The high protein content is special. It is over 40%.
The vegan product can be added to any baked goods with 10%.
