The pulp is obtained during the oil pressing process. It is the natural sediment and contains the fine components of the nut that slowly settle during the oil pressing process. The puree is 100% natural and preservative-free, is not heated and is preserved by the oil content.
Enjoy the fine taste as a spread, salad dressing, cake and pasta filling, in muesli or fruit salad. The nut's own oil settles on the puree, a natural process. With a simple stir, the oil mixes with the puree again to form a creamy consistency.
