Manufaktur Gelbe Bürg walnut oil

The nuts for the award-winning walnut oil are collected by hand. They come exclusively from Franconian home gardens, farm gardens and orchards in the region around the Gelber Berg in Sammenheim.

The walnut kernels are sorted by hand after cracking. Cold-pressed oil is only extracted from flawless kernels. All cloudy substances are only removed by slow sedimentation. The oil is not subjected to any filtration or other treatment. The valuable substances are retained.

The oil has a fine nutty, mild flavor and is particularly suitable for leaf and raw vegetable salads, for refining desserts and cheese.

It should not be heated. Once opened, please store in a cool, dark place. It naturally contains no additives. VEGAN!
