More information about Harbor Warbler Baltic Porter
In the vernacular, a harbor singer is someone who has had one or two too many beers, goes around the houses in a relaxed mood and, together with other creatures of the night, performs all the songs that are buzzing around in his head.
A harbor singer who could put you directly in this state comes from Mashsee. Their beery homage to all drunken musicians is a fine Baltic Porter that combines the power of six different types of malt. The malty dominance not only gives the beer its deep black hue, but also lends it its wonderful aroma and enticing fragrance. On the nose, the Nordic porter presents itself with notes of freshly brewed coffee and creamy caramel. When you start drinking, a full-bodied symphony of dark aromas floods the mouth. Strong roasted aromas mingle with toffee and hints of candied fruit to create a real delicacy. Hafensänger was cold-hopped with the Taurus hop variety. This process elicits the full potential of the hops and keeps the bitterness in check. A caramel finish with a pronounced bitterness concludes the enjoyment of the beer and awakens the thirst for another glass.
Whether the Hafensänger makes you a Hafensänger is up to you. However, with an alcohol content of 6.1%, a certain amount of caution is required!
