The mettermalt rum was stored in a new American white oak barrel and then in a fresh oloroso and creamsherry barrel from Chateau Margaus in the vaulted cellar of the Fessler Mill, which is over 400 years old. A strong typical rum aroma with a naturally beautiful barrel color and regional note. Naturally bottled by hand and produced with great care. The mettermalt rum is an unfiltered single barrel bottling and has a limited edition. The rum uses local spring water from the local alwa spring. Limited to 400 bottles.
