More information about Mezcalosfera Tobala Mezcal 2018

Tobala Mezcal is made from the wild agave variety Tobala. Only 100 liters exist of this special bottling.

In the aroma, the Tobala has beautiful wood and roasted seeds. In taste it is mild, woody, dry and smoky. Despite its 49.16% vol. it is surprisingly delicate - and that for a mezcal. Overall, a very balanced and pleasant taste.

In production, the maestros work with traditional distilling and manufacturing methods and their own ideas for their mezcals. The agave varieties used range from wild agave to very tame. With each bottling, all the important information about the particular... [Read more]
