Like all Mezcal from Mezcalosfera, this Mezcal is also 100% handmade. The Mezcalosfera Barril/Tepextate Mezcal is made from the agave varieties Barril and Tepextate, which the Maestro Mezcalero also produces in their own bottlings in pure form.
At 45% by volume, this mezcal is relatively mild. Made in January 2019, like the other Mezcalosfera is produced completely without electricity and running water.

The mezcal bottlings that go under this name are not infrequently bottlings of a few hundred liters. Because of the small quantity and the high focus on quality, all Mezcals from Mezcalosfera are true masterpieces. In the production of Mezcal, each Maestro Mezcalero brings his own flavor of his region to the final product.
