The Pechuga Mezcal Mango Chili is made from 100% Agave Espadin - one of the classic agave varieties. There are only 250 liters of this bottling.
Master distiller Margarito Cortes adds mango and habanero during the third distillation of this mezcal. This is relatively unique for mezcal and creates a special, distinctive agave.
Taste-wise, this mezcal is an absolute masterpiece due to its special production. In the nose and on the palate you can taste wood, herbs, pepper and mango. This is joined by light, but not too strong notes of chili.
The family of Margarito Cortes has been involved in the production of Mezcal for many generations.

Mezcalosfera brings together mezcals from smaller, regional and often remote distilleries. The Mezcalosfera brand is operated by the Mexican bar "Mezcaloteca" in Oaxaca City in the state of Oaxaca. The mezcal bottlings that go under this name are not infrequently bottlings of a few hundred liters. Because of the small quantity and the high focus on quality, all Mezcals from Mezcalosfera are true masterpieces. In the production of Mezcal, each Maestro Mezcalero brings his own flavor of his region to the final product. Thus, the distillates are not only rare, but all have a strong individual note, which is marked by their origin.
