More information about Monte Xanic Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot
Made from 100% own vines from the Monte Xanic vineyards and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Bottled with natural cork, it is a wine with a fruity expression: clean and bright, medium-bodied with a violet hue and intense cherry color.
The aromatic intensity is very expressive and complex, with aromas of fresh fruit such as cherry, blueberry and plum.
Aromas of fresh herbs such as rosemary, eucalyptus, pepper, vanilla, cocoa and walnut. The attack on the palate is soft, open and enveloping. Velvety tannins with great intensity. A balanced wine, supple, rich in structure, with a long finish.
The aroma on the palate confirms what is perceived on the nose, mainly red fruits
