The Morgenster Merlot flows into the glass in an incredibly beautiful shade of red and immediately impresses with its fruity aroma of red fruits and cassis. Spicy notes of vanilla and cloves, paired with a hint of oak, round off the bouquet perfectly. The Morgenster Merlot is also fruity, elegant and long-lasting on the palate. There is also a lovely coffee note on the finish. This red wine, which has matured for twelve months in French oak, is therefore a pleasure on its own, but also goes very well with pasta or grilled chicken with Mediterranean vegetables.
