How did this burger spice mix come about?
My friend Riccardo from BBQ King and I spend whole days grilling and smashing burgers together: I bring my bread and he brings his spice mixes. One day, the idea for a special spice mix for smashburgers was born and after countless attempts, we found the perfect recipe!
And of course, it's an excellent all-purpose barbecue spice mix that adds an unexpected touch to any dish!
