Gourmet is our Italian interpretation of the American potato bun - and for good reason! It is the perfect bun for true gourmet burgers.
You can see its special appeal as soon as you look at it: the light amber color makes your dishes even more appetizing, and the unique ingredients ensure the tender and delicious texture. In addition to potatoes, we also use milk, eggs and butter - the perfect burger bun to let your culinary imagination run wild.
Gourmet is just as good as the best handmade burger buns, but has the advantage of being packaged and can therefore be kept for up to 30 days.
It is available in the size 80 g/11 cm - ideal for maxi burgers with selected, high-quality meat, pulled pork and sauces of all kinds, which are optimally absorbed by the wonderfully soft dough.
Toast the bun cut-side down in a lightly buttered, non-stick pan to release the full aroma. You can then top it with your favorite recipe.
In short: Gourmet is the best burger bun for anyone who - just like me - doesn't fancy a "plain" bun!
