BIO Beer Mustard - Münchner Kindl - A grainy mustard rounded off with beer
A medium-hot mustard with whole grains and therefore the perfect mustard for cooking. The spiciness is retained in the mustard seeds, which burst in your mouth when you bite into them - little explosions of flavor.
This is why we affectionately call it mustard caviar. Instead of water, the mustard is made with beer, which gives it a wonderfully balanced taste.
