The polar bear - Bock beer

Allow me, the polar bear.

Eisbär is a wonderfully creamy wheat bock from Munich Brew Mafia. The brewers have reinterpreted the Bavarian classic with wit and charm and given it a very special kick with the Polaris hop variety. This special hop variety is known for its unmistakable taste, which is reminiscent of ice candy. The refreshing taste complements the traditional Weissbier flavor palette wonderfully: creamy banana, spicy clove and a little twist of freshness.

The polar bear in the glass is neither glacier blue nor white, but a magnificent, slightly cloudy golden hue. An impressive amount of snow-white foam crowns the copper-golden beer and exudes an enticing aroma of ripe banana peppered with spicy clove, ice candy and a hint of freshly mown grass complete the olfactory first impression. The first sip is malty and tastes heavenly and creamy with sweet malt, banana milk, fresh yeast dough and yeast. The hops gradually kick in and give the aroma a clean, clear note. Slightly floral and with the unmistakable note of ice candy, the hops spread across the palate and round off the fine malt flavor of the first sip wonderfully.
