El Capitano flows into the glass in raven-black mahogany and adorns itself with a fleeting crown of lightly tinted foam A strong aroma of dark chocolate, freshly roasted coffee beans and spicy rum rises to the nose and entices you to take your first sip This reveals a voluminous body with a creamy attack and velvety soft mouthfeel Full-bodied aromas of melt-in-the-mouth chocolate, caramel and exotic vanilla caress the palate The barrel maturation manifests itself in a fine woody note, which combines with the taste of raisins soaked in rum The 10.0% alcohol content is well integrated into the taste and provides a cozy warmth that extends from the mouth to the stomach The finish is dry and remains on the tongue for a long time with a powerful rum note
