The love of quality and the homeland. A feeling that connects the two makers of NACHTKRABB: Christoph, a pure-tasting Westphalian who was drawn from Münster to Swabia, and Julian, a true full-blooded Swabian, a native of the state capital. The two friends grew up with regional customs and the different local cuisines and still uphold these values.

After weeks and months of intense collaboration and numerous tasting trials, the time was ripe for something great and new. A handmade, traditionally processed and reworked grain was created.

The deviation from the traditional wheat spirit by adding oats makes the taste of the handcrafted NACHTKRABB a completely new experience. Not only can it be enjoyed neat, but it can also be flawlessly combined in long drinks in many ways.

The Korn, as a manifesto of the pub culture in the north and the Nachtkrabb, as a symbol of the legendary connection of the south. Together they combine the best of two worlds.
