The Neethlingshof Pinotage flows into the glass in a dark ruby red. The bouquet reveals wonderful aromas of mulberries and plums, accompanied by candied apple and smoky undertones. Concentrated notes of dark cherries and plums are accompanied on the palate by dark chocolate and elegant tannins. The Neethlingshof Pinotage matured for nine months in French and American oak and is a wonderful accompaniment to dark meat and vegetables with an aromatic sauce. A salad with beet, rich cheese or dark chocolate are also highly recommended with Neethlingshof Pinotage.
