The Neil Ellis Aenigma is a complex red wine cuvée, which consists mainly of the grape varieties Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon and was refined with Cabernet Franc and Cinsault. Already in the bouquet multilayered notes of berries, plums and spices unfold. On the palate, the red wine, aged for 14 months in French oak, presents itself very spirited and convinces with its beautiful structure and well-integrated oak notes. The Neil Ellis Aenigma is the ideal red wine for barbecuing, but it is also a good choice with other dishes with dark meat.
