Spicy cedar notes, paired with nuances of licorice and dark fruits, make you want to take the first sip. This richness of facets continues on the palate. Here, the cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon (50%) and Merlot (50%) impresses above all with its depth and well-integrated tannins. The characterful red wine aged for 17 months in French oak and is an excellent companion to lamb, a delicious steak or game.
