OXYMA debuted in the summer of 2021, as the creation of a Ukrainian-Polish couple who have inherited the traditions of craft spirits production from their families.
The spirits were distilled in the Podkarpacka Destylarnia Okowity. In addition to pear brandy, the brand's first distillates are plum brandy, aniseed vodka and lime vodka.
The aniseed vodka surprises with its subtlety. A pleasant caramel and aniseed aroma unfolds in the tasting glass.
The taste reveals a certain spiciness and herbs. It is warming and refreshing at the same time. It can be used well on its own in shots and cocktails.
It is well worth trying. A taste that is not only rare on the Polish craft distillate market.
