OXYMA debuted in the summer of 2021, as the creation of a Ukrainian-Polish couple who have inherited the traditions of artisanal spirit production from their families. The spirits were distilled in the Podkarpacka Destylarnia Okowity. In addition to pear brandy, the brand's first distillates were plum brandy, aniseed vodka and lime vodka.
The first batch of OXYMA plum brandy comprises only 130 bottles. The spirit contains the best that distillates made from these fruits have to offer. In the aroma, you will find a deep, heavy sweetness of ripe plums and apricots, together with notes of fruit tree blossoms.
The taste is full of plum sweetness, reminiscent of dried plums in dark chocolate. It is an excellent accompaniment to Polish dishes and can surprise a group of friends at social gatherings. The plum brandy also makes a unique gift.
