OXYMA debuted in the summer of 2021, as the creation of a Ukrainian-Polish couple who inherited the traditions of artisanal spirits production from their families' homes. The spirits were distilled at Podkarpacka Destylarnia Okowity. The first distillates of the brand, besides pear brandy, are: plum brandy, anise vodka and lime vodka.
The first batch of OXYMA plum brandy includes only 130 bottles. The spirit contains the best that distillates made from these fruits have to offer. In the aroma you will find a deep, heavy sweetness of ripe plums and apricots, along with notes of fruit tree blossoms.
On the palate, there is plenty of plum sweetness in a finish reminiscent of dried plums in dark chocolate. It goes perfectly with Polish dishes and can surprise a group of friends at social gatherings. The plum brandy is also suitable as a unique gift.
