OXYMA debuted in the summer of 2021, as the creation of a Ukrainian-Polish couple who have inherited the traditions of craft spirits production from their families. The spirits were distilled in the Podkarpacka Destylarnia Okowity. In addition to pear brandy, the brand's first distillates are plum brandy, aniseed vodka and lime vodka.
The pear brandy smells of a mixture of green pear peel and its ripe, sweet flesh.
There is a lot of fruitiness in the taste, both the sweetness of ripe pears and the bitterness of the peel and even a little citrus fruit. You can taste a lot of pear here, which is not easy to achieve with distillates.
A premium spirit for tasting at home, meeting up with friends or as an interesting gift.
