The Paserene Elements Dark presents itself in a beautiful ruby red in the glass and unfolds a fine aroma of chocolate, dried plums and spices on the nose. The red wine made from Syrah grapes has a pleasant structure on the palate. Enjoy the Paserene Elements Dark, which has matured in oak for 22 months, on its own, but it is also an excellent accompaniment to a fillet steak, which may come from the grill, or a hearty casserole.
