The Paserene Elements Emerald shines a powerful golden green in the glass and from the very first moment, the Sauvignon Blanc impresses with its complexity. The grapes from Franschhoek give the wine its wonderful citrus aromas and tropical notes, while the grapes from Elgin provide nuances of blackcurrants. The Paserene Elements Emerald was matured both in stainless steel tanks and in oak, making it well-balanced and fresh at the same time. Enjoy the white wine either on its own or with a nice summer salad. Pasta with tomato sauce is also highly recommended with Paserene Elements Emerald.
