Only the best grapes were used for the Peter Falke Signature Kailani Cabernet Sauvignon. They produce an expressive wine that is only available in a limited number of 2513 bottles. The intense dark red-violet color alone is impressive and the bouquet unfolds fine aromas of raspberries, blackcurrants and cedar wood. Smoky notes reminiscent of a cigar box round off the first impression more than successfully. Soft tannins and beautiful nuances of red fruits caress the palate and lead to a wonderful, long-lasting finish. The red wine matured for eighteen months in French oak and is part of the Signature Collection, which brings together wines full of finesse and personality. You should therefore definitely try the Peter Falke Signature Kailani on its own, but the Cabernet Sauvignon is also a great accompaniment to a delicious steak or fillet.
