Phoenix Caribbean 12 Rum is an exclusive blend of seven rums from the best regions of the Caribbean and South America, including Venezuela, Guatemala and Panama. The rums are aged for 12 years before being blended. The blend is stored in oak barrels for several weeks to ensure that the different rums are fully combined. The rums are blended in Austria by ETM Handels GmbH, resulting in the unique Phönix rum.
Taste experience The rum seduces with notes of caramel, chocolate and toffee, complemented by exotic fruits and a smoky depth. The finish is mild, but with a subtle spiciness that adds the finishing touch.
