Taste experience The taste has typical Caribbean notes such as coffee, chocolate, vanilla and a hint of Caribbean dried fruit. Rounded off by a fine oak note in the finish, due to the additional ageing in oak barrels. The Phönix Caribbean 8YO is ideal for cocktails, but it is also an experience on its own! Caribbean taste, for all those who like it rum-like.
