More information about Pocas Porto LBV
An LBV Port comes from a single harvest year, which must also be stated on the label. It is aged in barrels for 4-6 years before being bottled.
This intense ruby red, full-bodied and strong port with a powerful tannin structure has a remarkable aromatic persistence and is characterized by its excellent aftertaste.
This traditional port comes from 40 - 60 year old vines. It is bottled unfiltered and therefore develops the typical sediment (the deposit), but is also considerably more complex than a normal LBV. It should always be decanted.

It produces high quality port wines in all styles as well as expressive table wines, which find optimal conditions thanks to the steep slopes of the Douro Valley.
