Portgin - Port of Reykjavík is a manifesto to the island high in the north. We drew on characteristic elements and combined them in this gin to create a very special composition. The look is special, inspired by the Aurora Borealis, we wanted to capture these northern lights in the bottle. Also visually: when the bottle is shaken, color pigments are released that make it sparkle. In the aroma composition, the edition focuses on flora and fauna, among other things, and is reminiscent of a walk through the vastness of the cold landscape and forests. Our final composition combines everything we wanted to achieve: an aroma profile of the Port of Reykjavik.
