Portgin - Port of Hamburg is developed from botanicals from all over the world and combined with traditional craftsmanship to create a unique experience. A gin that dances with the taste buds and steals the show from every other drink with its natural color changes.
When developing the flavor composition, we wanted to set new standards not only in terms of taste but also visually. In total, we examined and then rejected over 200 botanicals.
Our final composition combines everything we wanted to achieve: a top-class aroma profile. Color change: The blue color comes from a Thai flower.
PH shifting (when mixing with tonic water, among other things) changes the color from blue to a delicate pink.
