The Distillers Cut 2020 from the Dauner Windspiel Manufaktur is an aromatic journey through the seasons:
Mandarin meets basil, thyme and rosemary. The lovely citrus freshness of the winter fruit paired with the summery herbs give the mild premium dry gin a fine fruity note.
As with all Windspiel Manufaktur spirits, the basis for the Distillers Cut is home-produced base alcohol from regional potato cultivation in the Volcanic Eifel. The limited edition of the premium dry gin picks up on the balanced interplay of the Windspiel gin botanicals and refines them without overpowering them.
