Multi-layered and complex - that is the Quoin Rock Black Series Red Blend. The bouquet reveals aromas of dark berries, ripe plums and black olives. Vanilla notes provide the finishing touch. On the palate, the cuvée of Cabernet Sauvignon (75%), Cabernet Franc (10%), Merlot (5.5%), Malbec (5.5%) and Petit Verdot (4%) impresses above all with its great structure. The fruit and oak notes are surrounded by velvety soft tannins before the elegant red wine finishes with a long-lasting aftertaste. The Quoin Rock Black Series Red Blend, which has matured for 24 months in French oak and four years in the bottle, is best enjoyed with aromatic dishes with dark meat, but the red wine is also a pleasure on its own.
