More information about Quoin Rock Namysto Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon 2017

The Quoin Rock Namysto Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon inspires from the first moment with its fruity spicy aromas. Aromas of red berries are particularly present in the bouquet and are surrounded by a little pepper. On the palate, rich plum notes are underpinned by nuances of tobacco and leather, while velvety soft tannins provide a pleasant mouthfeel. Enjoy the cuvée of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for twenty months in French oak, best with dark meat or a cheese platter. But the Quoin Rock Namysto Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon is also always a treat on its own. Incidentally, the name Namysto is a tribute to an old Ukrainian pearl necklace and thus also to the homeland of the owners of the winery, who in this way connect their roots with their adopted home of South Africa.
