The Quoin Rock Shiraz is an expressive, yet harmoniously balanced representative of its grape variety, this is particularly evident in its complex play of aromas, which combines nuances of jasmine, pepper and sweet vanilla. The beautifully integrated tannins and oak notes give this red wine of character its elegance and soft mouthfeel on the palate. The Quoin Rock Shiraz matured for twenty months in French oak and is a culinary highlight on its own, but it also goes perfectly with dishes of beef, lamb or game.
