Rose Valley berry spirit barrel aged

Pure fruit spirit, with fruity richness and subtle barrel aromas. Thanks to the use of fully aromatic berries, partly from our own home garden, a wonderfully fruity berry spirit with typically intense aromas of blackberries, raspberries, currants and blueberries is created.

Aroma:
Typical intense fruit aromas and a subtle barrel.

Processing:
Fully aromatic fruits are prepared/macerated with previously carefully finely distilled neutral alcohol. After a few days, the mixture is distilled, with additional fresh fruit in the aroma basket. The resulting distillate is then stored in oak barrels for 6 months.

Production:
Gentle distillation of the batch, with additional fruit during distillation in the aroma basket.

Bottling quantity:
Approx. 300 bottles per year

Use:
As an aperitif and digestif

40% vol.
