More information about Rose Valley cocoa liqueur
The basis of our cocoa liqueur is our wonderful cocoa spirit. This is made with roasted cocoa nibs from the chocolate manufacturer Choco Del Sol at Rochsburg Castle.
The nibs are freshly roasted and then immediately macerated with finely filtered Neutal kale. The high-proof macerate is then carefully distilled, adjusted to drinking strength and rounded off with sugar.
Choco Del Sol is chocolate with transparency and honesty. The raw cocoa for it comes from Belize. It is loaded onto the sailing cargo ship AVONTUUR in the country where it is grown and sailed directly to Hamburg using wind power.
