The basis of our Heimatliebe "Alte Mirabelle" is our mirabelle plum brandy made from regional, fully ripe mirabelle plums. To give our Heimatliebe its unique character, this fine spirit is stored in specially selected barrels after double distillation and then rounded off with the juice of fully ripe mirabelle plums.
The result is a balanced aroma with a jammy character, seductive and fruity on the nose and palate. Perfect with fine cheeses, as a digestif after a good meal or as an accompaniment to a cozy conversation.
Ingredients:Mirabelle plums from regional orchards and our own orchards
Processing:Double-distilled mirabelle plum brandy is stored in barrels and rounded off with mirabelle plum must.
Production:gentle double distillation, followed by maceration
Use:as an aperitif & digestif, cake & dessert and for indulgence
