More information about Rose Valley honey brandy aged in whiskey barrel
Our honey brandy was made from honey from countless small regional beekeepers. Subsequently, it was stored successively in our whiskey barrels Cask No. 1 and Cask No. 2. The result is a gentle, buttery soft brandy with beautiful mouthfullness, deep aromatic honey notes and fine whiskey finish.
The bottles are hand numbered and limited.
Aftertaste/Finish:
Long lasting with a fine sherry/whisky finish.
Processing / Manufacturing:
The honey is fermented and receives a gentle double distillation followed by barrel aging
