Production
Made from sun-drenched, fully aromatic apple and pear quinces, the fruit brandy was gently distilled twice in the classic double distillation process and then aged for 18 months in a chestnut barrel.
The ingredients come from countless regional home gardens and the distillery's own orchard. The fully ripe fruits are picked by hand and crushed before they are gently cold fermented with quince juice and water. Additives are in vain here - only pure taste experience of the finest! Bottled in a limited edition of about 400 bottles per year.
